Refund policy

Digital Products & Affiliate Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, online tools, and digital services are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.

For products purchased through affiliate links on FutureSpark, refunds, returns, and customer support are handled directly by the original seller according to their own policies. FutureSpark does not process refunds for affiliate products.

Returns are not applicable for digital products. For affiliate products, any return or refund request must be made to the original seller.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, for digital content and services, this right is waived once the delivery or access to the digital product has begun, provided that the customer has given prior consent.

By purchasing digital products on FutureSpark, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal once access is granted.
